It’s a proven and low-cost marketing tool that employs a combination of furniture arrangement, cosmetic enhancement, accessory placement and de-cluttering to transform a home into a welcoming and attractive product for sale. A professional home stager is trained with a “buyer’s eye” and knows which changes and updates will provide the greatest return on your staging investment.

Three Phases of Successful Home Staging and Preparation

There are three phases to the home staging process, which will be addressed completely in our home staging services:

1. Maximizing what you have, to gain maximum buyer appeal. Redesign Doctor will make the most of what you already have to attract buyers to your home and create positive first impressions. Successful home staging must make financial sense and I am experienced and trained in making the most out of your current belongings to turn buyer traffic into offers.
2. Recommended “investments” in selling your home. Working within your budget, we will only recommend purchases that will MORE than pay for themselves in the speed and amount of sale. During your Staging Day, we may bring in accessories in order to get fantastic photos to help market your home online. More than 85% of buyers pre-shop on the Internet BEFORE they visit a home, so our goal is to attract the broadest base of buyers and compel them to come to your home. These photos can also be used to create your shopping list for inexpensive items that can have a dramatic effect on each room in your home. We also offer shopping services if you would like more assistance.
3. Simple updates that yield dramatic results. Depending on your budget and timing, we may suggest paint, landscaping and other cosmetic enhancements that will result in a high return on investment.
