Initial Consultation
Every home staging project begins with a consultation, which is a complete review of your property, inside and out. Starting at the curb, we will walk through your home with you to gather first impressions and discuss your needs. Looking at your property through “buyer’s eyes”, we will make note of the small changes and enhancements that will have the most dramatic impact on potential buyers’ interest.
Following the walk-through we will give you detailed recommendations on what to do to accentuate the positives of your home. This report will include furniture and accessory arrangement and de-cluttering as well as cosmetic enhancements and repairs, if needed. We will provide you with a proposal to get this work done quickly and affordably, and we will never recommend anything that will not give you at least 100% return on your investment.
The consultation usually takes 1½ - 2 hours.
Home Staging – Owner Occupied
Using your furniture and accessories, we will spend a day transforming the main rooms of your home: living areas, dining room, master bedroom and kitchen. Occasionally there are additional areas that need staging and require extra time. After the house has been staged, we take gorgeous photos for your agent to use in marketing.
Home Staging – Vacant
Whether you are a seller that has already moved out, a builder or an investor, Redesign Doctor can provide full service staging of vacant homes, including procurement and placement of rental furniture and accessories. We will showcase the property’s architectural elements, layout and unique features and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This sets the stage so buyers can visualize themselves living there.
